Waste Disposal

For ecological reasons, it is common practice in Germany not to throw waste into a single garbage can, but to separate it according to its components. In many apartment buildings and also in our halls of residence, there are therefore different garbage cans for household waste, glass, paper and plastic packaging (yellow bag).
