Bachelor
There are currently no admission restrictions for the Bachelor's degree programs at Clausthal University of Technology. If the formal requirements are met, admission to the course is guaranteed.
Master
There are admission restrictions for the Master's degree courses. A committee decides whether the applicant is admitted according to individual criteria.

For all Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, with the exception of the Master's degree program Petroleum Engineeringit is possible to apply in both the summer and winter semesters.
There are institutions that claim to be associated with Clausthal University of Technology. However, TU Clausthal does not cooperate with commercial agencies etc. in Germany or abroad that place applicants at German universities.
