By joining the National Code, Clausthal University of Technology declares its willingness to ensure appropriate support for international students and to promote their long-term academic success. International students can contact the newly established office of the Ombudsperson for International Students with suggestions, problems and complaints.
The ombudsperson is available as a contact person for all questions and problems concerning the rights of international students both within TU Clausthal and vis-à-vis the authorities. The ombudsperson for international students acts as a mediator between the university and students and plays an important role in the dialog with teachers, students and other contact persons at the university.
They will work with you to find a solution - anonymously if you wish.
The ombudsperson for international students is Prof. Dr. Philip Jaeger.
