If you come from a country that is not a member of the European Union or you are not a European citizen, please contact the German diplomatic mission in your home country to find out about the current visa and residence regulations for studying in Germany.
As an EU citizen, you are generally exempt from the visa requirement and only need a valid ID or passport document to enter Germany.
