1. application documents
Before you apply for an Erasmus+ stay abroad, please inform yourself on the websites of the partner universities about the semester times (many partner universities have different semester times than Clausthal University of Technology) and about the courses offered (for the Learning Agreement) so that enough courses can be taken for crediting at Clausthal University of Technology.

Required documents:

• Application Form
• Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
• English transcript of records
• passport photo
• Language certificate if required

All documents can be handed in to Ms. Sekler at the International Center Clausthal (IZC), Graupenstraße 11 during opening hours.

2. selection
The selection of students and the awarding of a mobility grant is carried out by the Clausthal International Center (IZC).

The digital creation and signing of the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is intended to enable you to prepare for your semester abroad in a transparent and efficient manner and to ensure the academic recognition of your achievements abroad. The Erasmus+ program requires the conclusion of a Learning Agreement before the start of the mobility. From the winter semester 2022, an Online Learning Agreement is mandatory for all study visits as part of the Erasmus+ program. You must submit your Online Learning Agreement in the Erasmus+ app or on the OLA homepage and complete it yourself.
