Enrollment

•  Enrollment has to be done digitally in HISinOne, but will only be completed after a personalverification of original documents at the International Center Clausthal (IZC). It is not possible to enroll from abroad.
• Purpose of the verification of original documents: Verification of identity and authenticity of submitted documents.
• Please plan your arrival so that you can meet the deadlines specified in your letter of admission.

Steps for enrollment

1. Apply for and complete enrollment in the applicant portal.
2. Present yourself in person at the IZC and bring the original documents. Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Which documents must be presented as original documents?

• Bachelor's application: Original School leaving certificate/university entrance qualification (HZB) with overview of grades.
• Master's application: Original Bachelor's degree certificate and list of grades from your studies
• Passport.
• Note: Additional documents may be required in individual cases. 

Important

• Enrollment cannot be completed without personal verification of original documents. Student status wills only granted after verification has taken place.
• Enrollment by post/email is not possible.
• Late arrival: If you are unable to attend in person by the deadline, please contact us as soon as possible; a delayed arrival may necessitate postponing the start of your studies to a later semester.
