The following documents must be attached to this application:

1. Justification for the application, in particular a statement of need

2. CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE from the study portal

3. Information on financial situation and ongoing expenses (if applicable):

Complete bank statements (including PayPal, credit card, etc.) for the last 3 months (complete and without gaps!)

Copies of savings accounts or other investments

Proof of other sources of income (employment contract or pay slip, housing benefit, child benefit, scholarships)

If married, documentation of the spouse's financial situation (income, accounts, savings accounts).

4. Copy of the rental agreement

5. Passport and residence permit (EAT)

6. Recent photo

Please note that individual files must not exceed 10MB in size, and the total size of all files must not exceed 25MB.

Declaration:

I certify that my information is correct and complete.

I am aware that I must immediately notify the Clausthal International Center of any subsequent change in my income and assets, particularly if I take up employment.

I will also notify the Clausthal International Center if I interrupt or terminate my studies at Clausthal University of Technology.

Inaccurate information, particularly regarding income and assets, as well as failure to notify the change in circumstances, will result in the exclusion of further funding and the obligation to repay any financial aid already received.

I agree that my information may be reviewed to avoid duplicate funding and that appropriate information (e.g., from other funding agencies and/or the Examination Office) may be obtained.
