WUS Sponsorship Award 2024 - Education for Sustainable Development -

Dear students,

As part of the National Action Plan of the UN Agenda 2030, the World University Service (WUS) German Committee honors theses that deal with the Sustainable Development Goals, issues related to education for sustainable development, global learning or the human right to education. The prize is awarded to graduates of German universities who have submitted a thesis (Master's degree or equivalent) in German or English in the calendar year 2023 . Bachelor's theses and dissertations are excluded from the award.

Please submit the following application documents in electronic form
(collected in one PDF document of max. 10 MB) by February 28, 2024.

• Cover letter highlighting the relevance of your work to the focus of the award
• curriculum vitae
• Copy of the thesis and a two-page summary
• Copy of the reviews and grading of the thesis

Incomplete applications or applications submitted too late will not be considered.

An independent jury will decide on the awarding of the prize. Prize money of € 1,500 is available. Legal recourse is excluded. It is intended that all submitted works and their summaries will be published in the e-library of the WUS portal after approval.
