The internship program RISE Weltweit (Research Internships in Science and Engineering) opens its worldwide application portal for Bachelor students from the fields of natural sciences and engineering as well as medicine, psychology and computer science on 15 October.

The German Academic Exchange Service is also awarding scholarships for research internships for the year 2025: There are almost 600 projects from more than 40 countries to choose from.

Application deadline for internships worldwide:

October 15 to November 30, 2024

Eligible to apply: Bachelor's students from the 2nd semester onwards from the natural and engineering sciences as well as medicine, psychology and computer science from German universities and universities of applied sciences. (Master's students are unfortunately not eligible to apply!)

Internship period: 10 - 12 weeks, earliest start date: June 1, 2025

Scholarship holders receive a monthly DAAD full scholarship installment and a travel allowance.
