Get to know the Japanese language and culture - on site at a summer school!
Up to three students from Clausthal University of Technology can take part in the "Kanagawa University Japanese Language and Culture Summer School" at a reduced rate. For the first time in three years, our cooperation partner is organizing the summer school in Yokohama.
Kanagawa University is holding its "Japanese Language and Culture Program" summer school in person again this year for the first time in three years. It invites up to three TUC students to cover the program fee for a section of the summer school worth around 540 euros.
Take advantage of this opportunity and get to know our hospitable cooperation partner as well as the Japanese culture and language. You can find out more about the Summer School at https://www.kanagawa-u.ac.jp/international/welcome/japaneseprogram/.
If you are interested in participating in the Summer School, please send your current transcript of records and a letter of motivation explaining your interest in the Summer School by e-mail to Markus Heidemann by March 15 at the latest (see right-hand column for contact details).
If there are more than three applications for reduced-cost participation, the applicants with the three best current and unweighted grade point averages will be awarded the place.
