German-French photo competition - registration deadline on May 12

Dear students,
In a world full of conflicts and 80 years after the end of the Second World War, peace in Europe is more important than ever. Peace is important internationally, but also between cultural and religious communities, between generations and in the family, in everyday life, in the neighborhood and in relationships. And what does peace actually look like in communication, on social media or in the digital space? What role does peace play in education, training and research, on the path to social justice or in the culture of remembrance? Is peace a goal or a path? What do you think? Send us a photo and win great prizes in the German-French photo competition of the Studierendenwerke.

Until May 12, you can take part in the Franco-German Photo Contest 2025, which takes place on historical and current occasions on the theme of peace / paix!

You can win €1,000 as first prize, €500 as second prize and a Franco-German Friendship Prize, which will be awarded by an international jury. In addition, the 24 best works will be shown in an international traveling exhibition in the student unions in Germany and the Crous in France!
