Application for a degree scholarship and study grant

Dear Students,

International students may apply for a graduation scholarship or a study grant at the Clausthal International Center.

Please note:

• Applicants who are funded according to BAföG or whose funding has been discontinued because the maximum funding period has been exceeded are excluded from funding.
• Funding for Bachelor's degree courses is only possible from the 4th semester at Clausthal University of Technology.
• In postgraduate courses (Master's, supplementary courses), funding is possible from the 2nd semester at Clausthal University of Technology.
• Students who do not come from a country on the DAC list are not eligible for funding.
• Students must have made significant progress compared to the previous semester.
• Applications that are incomplete, illegible or do not include the required documents will be rejected.
• Applications that are incomplete or not submitted on time will not be considered.

Application period: 21.09. - 15.10.2026

Latest submission date: Thursday, 15.10.2026, 12:00 noon
