The Language Center of the International Center Clausthal (ICC) offers a wide range of language courses at different levels.

Welcome to the International Center Clausthal

Under the umbrella of the International Center (IZC), the International Office and the Language Center of the TU Clausthal work together on the internationalization of studies and teaching.

We are responsible for the international cooperation of the TU Clausthal and in this context we take care of delegations, represent the university at international fairs and events and further expand the network of partnerships. We are responsible for the language courses offered and continue to develop the program with regard to the growing demand for additional language qualifications. In addition, the IZC advises the Presidential Board of TU Clausthal on internationalization issues.

Liebe Studierende,

am 15.06.2024 organisiert das IZC eine Exkursion nach Wernigerode.

Wernigerode bietet viele touristische Attraktionen. Der Stadtkern besteht zum großen Teil aus niedersächsischen Fachwerkhäusern. Das neugotische Wernigeröder Schloss thront markant über der Stadt und ist schon aus der Ferne gut zu erkennen.

Die Teilnahmegebühr von 15 € beinhaltet den Bustransfer CLZ – Wernigerode und zurück, Stadtführung, Eintrittskarte und eine Führung durch das Schloss Wernigerode und Fahrt zum Schloss mit der Schlossbahn. Wir werden um 08:00 Uhr morgens starten und am späten Nachmittag zurückkehren.

Anmeldungen sind noch bis zum 06.06.2024 von Mo. bis Do. zwischen 10:00 und 12:00 Uhr und 13–14:30 Uhr in Raum 17, im Internationalen Zentrum möglich.

Dear students, 
on 16.05.2024 the IZC organizes an excursion to Wernigerode.

Wernigerode offers many tourist attractions. The city center consists mostly of Lower Saxon half-timbered houses. The neo-Gothic Wernigerode Castle towers over the town and can be easily seen from a distance. 

The participation fee of 15 € includes bus transfer CLZ – Wernigerode and back, a city tour, entrance ticket and a guided tour in Wernigerode Castle, ride to the castle by the castle railway. We will leave at 08:00 am and return in the late afternoon.

Registrations are still possible until 06.06.2024 from Mon. to Thurs. between 10:00 and 12:00 and 13-14:30 in room 17, at the International Center.
